Preheat oven to 350.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Combine sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.

Combine honey and spices in a bowl and mix well.

Add nuts and stir to thoroughly coat.

Spread out on prepared sheet pan in a single level and bake until toasted and fragrant, about 10 to 11 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool until barely warm, then transfer to sugar mixture and toss to evenly coat.

Return to sheet pan and cool completely.

Transfer to an air tight container.

Note: Nuts will keep for five days

Note: Next time I will add more cayenne for more of a punch.
