  1. best tilapia you've ever had!
  2. 4Tilapia Filets
  3. 4 tbspAlfredo Sauce
  4. 1/4 cupPanko bread crumbs
  5. 1/3 cupShredded parmesan cheese
  6. 4 tspGrated parmesan cheese
  7. 4 pinchParsley
  8. 4 pinchPepper
  9. 4 pinchgarlic powder

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Spray pan with nonstick spray and place tilapia on the pan. Season with garlic powder and pepper.

  3. 3

    Apply about 1 tablespoon of Alfredo sauce to each tilapia filet or enough to coat the top of the filet.

  4. 4

    Mix together shredded Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs, and then put a generous portion of it on top of the filets.

  5. 5

    Put a teaspoon of the grated Parmesan cheese on each filet.

  6. 6

    Put in oven for about 15 minutes, cheese will be starting to melt.

  7. 7

    Broil the fish until they start to brown on top.

  8. 8

    Pinch parsley on top of each filet.

  9. 9

    Enjoy!
