Cooking Instructions

In a pan put olive oil and brown the meat.

Blend onion, pasley, oregano, and put into the pan over the pork.

Cook it until it releases some water. Add more water, until it covers half of the meat.

Add peeled potatoes.
- 5
Let it cook for 1 hour. If water dries, always put more.
- 6
This dish goes really well with rice!
