Ingredients

3/4 tspgarlic powder, bacon & molasses seasoning and basil
3pounds boneless chicken breast tenders
1/4 cupof butter=1/2 stick of butter (i used olive oil instead)
2 cancampbells cream of mushroom soup...(i used 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken) undiluted
1/2 cupmilk
2packages....stovetop stuffing mix
1/2onion, chopped
1red bell pepper

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

Melt butter or use olive oil in large skillet over med/low heat. Add bell pepper, onion & spices. Brown chicken on both sides. Place in crock pot.

Combine cans of soup & milk. Mix thoroughly.

Prepare stuffing according to package. decrease liquid by half.

Place chicken in crockpot. Pour soup over chicken.

Arrange stuffing over chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hours

The way I found this recipe was to cook it in a slow cooker but I rather bake it * Update * I made it with turkey breast diced up, dried cranberries, frozen green beans and used 1 can cream of chicken and 1can cream of broccoli because I didn't have anymore cream of chicken and I really loved the change it was very tasty.
