Manicotti bolognese Manicotti bolognese
It's been a lazy week, with a lot of ordering in and eating out. It's fun and convenient, but doesn't do anything towards developing cooking skill or creativity. These ruts happen, and I've found that the best way to get out of them is to force myself to cook...anything, really. Usually it's something simple. Usually it's something Italian. Still, just the mere act of standing in a kitchen again, knife in hand next to a piping hot stove, is often enough to get the cooking mojo flowing. And when the dish turns out to be really delicious, like this one did, that's just a bonus. Robert Gonzal -

My aunt always made this dish for family get togethers and it's always been a huge hit! I was surprised to see cottage cheese was in this, but mixed with Italian spices and ricotta cheese, you can't even tell. Enjoy! Shelby Henry -
