1 lbRicotta
2/3 cupParmesan

8 ozMozzarella
1 boxManicotti
1Sautéed mushrooms and spinach optional
1 lbSauce homemade :)

Steps

Spray 9 by 13 inch cooking pan and preheat oven to 350. Cover bottom with thin layer of sauce. Fill noodles with above ingredients. Place in pan. Cover with sauce all over! 1 pound. Put ,mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake for 20 minutes covered and 5-10 uncovered.
