Preheat oven to 375°

Cook Manicotti to al dente

Chop garlic and sauté

Add eggs, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Adding garlic, parsley and basil. And mixed together.

Scoop in to a quart size are larger Ziploc bag and cut off corner after bag is filled

Coat bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with pasta sauce

Fill manicotti with cheese filling and place on sauce.

Cover with sauce and cheese

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in oven.

Top with parsley if desired and serve.
