Pre heat oven at 200°F C.

Chop the top off the peppers and put to one side. Remove the seeds.

Add peppers to a baking try, each with a small amount of olive oil, put the tops back on.

Add try to oven and cook for 30 minutes.

Now boil the rice in lightly salted water until soft, but not sticky. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes.

When the rice is boiling, finely grate the cheese, roughly chop the mushrooms (of your choice) and roughly chop the ham. Place all three in a mixing bowl.

When the rice is cooked, place in the mixing bowl, and add half a teaspoon of white pepper and 3 table spoons of olive oil & a couple of dashes of the Worcester sauce plus the oregano.

Mix ingredients together well.

When the peppers are cooked, remove from oven and turn the oven down to 180°F C.

Add the contents of the mixing bowl to the inside of the peppers, add the top back on, then put back in the oven for another 20 minutes.

When finished, remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before eating.

Can be eaten hot or cold.
