Ingredients

  • 12each Nilla wafers
  • 16 ozCream cheese soften
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 2each Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven 325°

    Line 12 muffin cups with foil liners

  3. 3

    Place 1 wafer in each cup

    Mix 16 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla, & 1 cup sugar until well blended. Add 2 eggs & mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour over wafers 3/4 full. Bake 25 min @ 325.

    Cool completely.

  7. 7

    Can top with cherry pie filling
