Ingredients

  1. 2 cupSugar
  2. 1 cupWater
  3. 1 cupLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Place sugar and water into a pot.

  2. 2

    Boil sugar and water for five minutes; then take off stove and let the solution cool completely.

  3. 3

    Pour lemon juice through a strainer and add to cooled solution.

  4. 4

    Place syrup in a jug or pourable container with a lid and add desired amount of water to the syrup. Store in fridge.
