boil a pot of water for the pasta, cook until al dente.

while your pasta is cooking mince the garlic, chop the butter and roughly chop the baby spinach.

drain the pasta but keep a few tablespoons of the pasta water and set aside.

put the garlic, herbs, butter, spinach and salt and pepper into your hot fry-pan.

after 1-2 minutes mix the pasta in with the sauce and add the cooked water. continue cooking until all the pasta is coated in the sauce.

turn off the heat and stir through your cream just before you serve it.

put as much cheese as you like on your pasta, enjoy ;)

serve with toasted sour dough bread.
