Ingredients

  • 2 cupyellow rice
  • 32 ozvegetable broth
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 2/3 cupsweet peas
  • 8treads of saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    bring broth to boil with saffron treads

    A picture of step 1 of saffron yellow rice and sweet peas.

    add rice

  3. 3

    let boil till almost done add butter

  4. 4

    when broth makes craters add peas cover remove from heat let sit 15 minutes covered
