Jelly roll pan greased & parchment paper

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl

Mix wet ingredients in other bowl

Blend dry into wet. Pour into pan & add walnuts on top

Bake 370. For 15 minutes (keep an eye on it, it should bounce back)

Get a damp dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, flip it onto dish towel & take paper off. Roll it up & cool completely.

Mix together the filling mixture. (It's enough for two rolls)

Unroll & spread filling. Reroll.
