drain juice and cut peaches in half

place in 13x9 pyrex dish

open box of plain white cake mix and sprinkle entire box all over peaches

take one cube of butter (do not use margarine) slice into pats and place all over top of cake mix
5

place in 350°F oven and bake for 45 mins or until golden brown...

serve with ice cream, cool whip or all by itself..DELICIOUS
