3 cupsquash
1 cupoil
4eggs
1 cupsugar
3 cupflour
4 tspcinnamon
2 tbspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bread pan

Remove seeds and grate squash

Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon,

Add eggs and oil

Stir in sugar and squash and mix by hand for 3 minutes

Bake for 70 minutes, a toothpick should come out clean.
