  1. 1/2 cupWater
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupHeavy cream
  4. 1/4 cupUnsalted butter
  5. 1 pinchSea salt
  6. 1Bread
  7. 3Egg
  8. 1 pinchBrown sugar
  9. 1 smallMilk
  10. 1 tspButter

Steps

    Firstly, boil half a cup of water on medium low.

  2. 2

    Add sugar to pan until it turns caramel

  3. 3

    Add cream WITH HEAT OFF

  4. 4

    Add butter

  5. 5

    Whisk

  6. 6

    Make French toast and pour ~

  7. 7

    Add a pinch of salt

  8. 8

    Slice bread (or use pre cut)

  9. 9

    Smash 3 eggs into a glass bowl, a pinch of brown sugar and half a vanillas bean. Add a splash of milk.

  10. 10

    Heat a knob of butter on
    Medium

  11. 11

    Cover bread in egg mixture and fry in butter.

  12. 12

    Add another pinch of brown sugar

  13. 13

    Turn down low and cool for another minute to ensure egg is cooked.

  14. 14

    Stock bread intro of one another and then cover in caramel.
