Ingredients

  1. 1beef chuck steak
  2. 1carrots
  3. 1onions
  4. 4red potatoes
  5. 2 tspgarlic
  6. 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  7. 1 tsphot sauce
  8. 2 tbspflour
  9. 1 canbeef broth

Steps

  1. 1

    cut vegetables. in big chunks, put in bottom of. slow cooker

  2. 2

    cut beef steak in big chunks

  3. 3

    in separate bowl, two tablespoons of flour, one tablespoons of apple cidar vinegar, diced tomatoes, broth, hot sauce and garlic. mix and add to crock pot

  4. 4

    cook. in crock pot on high for 5 hours
