
Almond Flour Tortillas

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add flour, baking powder, and egg and mix into a paste.

Roll paste into two big balls.

Press one ball between two sheets of parchment paper and roll into a circular shape until about 1/4" thick. Do the same with the other ball.

Remove one layer of parchment paper and transfer to a baking sheet.

Bake for 2-3 minutes. (You can bake them for longer, but then they become almond flour crackers in texture.)

Remove from oven, and let cool for a minute.

Remove parchment paper and serve.
