Ingredients

  1. 8 ozcremini mushrooms
  2. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  3. 1 tspsoy sauce
  4. 2ripe tomato diced into 1/2 inch chunk
  5. 6thick slice bacon, cooked until crispy, chopped in 1 inch pieces.
  6. 1 tbspbalsamic vinagre
  7. 1 tspmaple syrup or honey
  8. 1salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1/2 cupshaved parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    prepare a grill with medium heat. in a bowl, toss mushrooms with 1tablespoon oil and the soy sauce. grill mushrooms until slightly charred and cooked through. place in serving dish.

    add tomato, bacon, vinagar, maple syrup, and the rest of oil. toss well, adjust seasoning of salt and pepper to ur liking, and top it off with shaved parmesan cheese,
