Ingredients

  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 smallpotatoes
  • 2carrots sliced
  • 1green onion
  • 1red pepper
  • 2apples peeled and chooped
  • 1 1/2 cupchickpeas
  • 1 tbspapple cider
  • 1 cupgreen beans

Steps

  1. 1

    cook curry, carrots, onion and potatoes with oil in lg. skillet

  2. 2

    add beans, peppers, and chickpeas. cook for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    add apples, vinegar, salt and pepper. cook until apples begin to melt
