Preheat oven to 200°C

Beat egg whites for 30 seconds then add the rest of the ingredients and beat for a further 5mins or until stiff. Place mixture into the of a large round oven dish (lined with baking paper) Bake for 2mins then turn off oven and leave for 45mins. Enjoy!
