Cook the sausage then cut it

Crack the eggs and whisk

Cut (dice) the tomato and onion

Add all the ingredients to the egg

Pour the egg mix on a medium heat pan

Wait till it becomes solid, then carefully flip the omlette. Make sure its golden Brown.

Cook abit then remove it from the fire
