  • 2small red chili
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 cupbitter gourd
  • 1 dashturmeric powder and Chili powder
  • Season
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper

    Slice bitter gourd and remove the seed

    In pan with oil layer bitter gourd for a minutes then turn over

    Add in the beaten eggs and let it set for half a minute then add seasoning and cover for a minute then off heat and enjoy
