Put dinner plates in the freezer

Make whipped cream in large bowl with electric mixer on high. When cream thickens add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whip till it makes stiff peaks. Put in fridge.

Spread coconut on baking pan

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes

Slice the strawberries

Heat up fudge and make a circle of fudge on chilled plates

Roll each scoop of ice cream in tossed coconut and place on plate and spoon more fudge over ice cream

Add whipped cream

Add sliced strawberries
