Ingredients

  1. Whipped Cream
  2. 1 cupHeavy Whipping Cream
  3. 2 tbspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  5. 1 pinchSalt
  6. 1 cupShredded Coconut
  7. 4 cupBlue Bell Ice Cream
  8. 1 cupOutback Fudge Sauce
  9. 8Strawberries

    Put dinner plates in the freezer

  2. 2

    Preheat oven at 300°F

  3. 3

    Make whipped cream in large bowl with electric mixer on high. When cream thickens add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whip till it makes stiff peaks. Put in fridge.

  4. 4

    Spread coconut on baking pan

  5. 5

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Slice the strawberries

  7. 7

    Heat up fudge and make a circle of fudge on chilled plates

  8. 8

    Roll each scoop of ice cream in tossed coconut and place on plate and spoon more fudge over ice cream

  9. 9

    Add whipped cream

  10. 10

    Add sliced strawberries
