Ingredients

  1. 18jumbo pasta shells
  2. 15 ozricotta cheese
  3. 2 largeeggs
  4. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  5. 2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
  6. 1/4 cupfinely chopped parsley
  7. 26 oztomato sauce* very good

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Bring large pot of salted water to boil over high heat

  3. 3

    Add pasta shells for 10 minutes or until al dente

  4. 4

    Mix ricotta, eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley together

  5. 5

    Drain shells under cold water

  6. 6

    Spoon about 3 tablespoons of ricotta mixture into each shell

  7. 7

    Pour 1 cup of pasta sauce into casserole dish

  8. 8

    Put shells into casserole dish

  9. 9

    Pour rest of pasta sauce over shells

  10. 10

    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly
