Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Bring large pot of salted water to boil over high heat

Add pasta shells for 10 minutes or until al dente

Mix ricotta, eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley together

Drain shells under cold water
- 6
Spoon about 3 tablespoons of ricotta mixture into each shell
- 7
Pour 1 cup of pasta sauce into casserole dish
- 8
Put shells into casserole dish
- 9
Pour rest of pasta sauce over shells
- 10
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly
