I wanted something healthy and quick for me and my daughter.. She is losing interest in fruit and this is something that will spike her interest back.. Wicked simple and easy to make in a hurry.. Enjoy..

In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter.. work with it to loosen and smooth consistency..

then add the yogurt, mix till its blended together well.. it might be a faint brown..

after that is mixed well together add the honey.. it should be thicken up some and a nice light brown..

The foods that works the best; apples, bananas, pita chips.. etc.. its great with anything.. toast..
