  • 1Whole chicken, boiled
  • 2celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 2carrots, chopped
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 can99% fat free cream of celery soup
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil whole chicken until cooked through and meat is falling from bone.

  2. 2

    De-bone chicken, shred meat and return to broth.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender.

  4. 4

    Add additional chicken broth and water as needed.

  5. 5

    Prepare noodles or dumplings to serve with soup.
