Thin sauce 1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons fat 1 cup milk

Medium sauce 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons fat 1 cup milk

Thick sauce 4 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons fat 1 cup milk
- 4
Melt butter or fat add flour cook but do not allow to brown wisk milk into rue let come to boil to cook flour season to taste
