2 lbhamburger meat
1/2 canV-8 juice large can
1/2 cuponions
1/2 cupchopped celery
1 packagesfrozen mixed vegetables
1 cantomato sauce
2garlic cloves
1/2 boxbeef broth
1 envelopebeef stew seasoning
1 candiced potatoes

Saute onions and garlic cloves

Cook hamburger meat, drain fat

Add onions, garlic and hamburger meat

Add half can of V-8 Juice, beef broth

Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Simmer for 30 minutes on med to low heat.
