  1. 2 lbhamburger meat
  2. 1/2 canV-8 juice large can
  3. 1/2 cuponions
  4. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  5. 1 packagesfrozen mixed vegetables
  6. 1 cantomato sauce
  7. 2garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 boxbeef broth
  9. 1 envelopebeef stew seasoning
  10. 1 candiced potatoes

    Saute onions and garlic cloves

  2. 2

    Cook hamburger meat, drain fat

  3. 3

    Add onions, garlic and hamburger meat

  4. 4

    Add half can of V-8 Juice, beef broth

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Simmer for 30 minutes on med to low heat.
