Pour water into a pot. Fill it to the half of the pot. Turn heat on high.

Clean the meat

When water boils add

Clean the soup continuously throughout the whole process

Roast the following for about 20 min over low heat until it is burnt on the outter layer

Put the following into an aluminum foil and roast on low heat for about 15 min rotating it continuously

Put the roasted stars and garlic cloves into a filter and hook it to the inside of the pot of soup

Carefully remove the burnt outter layer of the onion and ginger. Add both ingredients to the soup.

Turn the heat to medium and continue to clean the top layer of the soup

Around the 4.5 hour, add the seasoning. Inside the jar there is 2 package of the star anise. Add one package into the soup and leave it there for 15 min

Prepare the toppings into a plate

Fill your kettle with water to the top. Add noodle to a tin bowl and separate it. When water is hot, pour water into noodle and stir for about 2 min. Wash with cold water
