Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
6 servings
  1. 1dozen eggs. hard boiled
  2. 12slices american cheese. or 2c shredded mozzarella
  3. 2 lbbreakfast sausage
  4. 1 lbbulk bratwurst sausage
  5. 2 tbspworchestershire sauce
  6. 1 tbspbrown mustard
  7. 1half an onion diced
  8. 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  9. 12slices of apple smoked bacon

    Hard boil the eggs ....

  2. 2

    Bring a pot of water to boil. Carefully place eggs in with a spoon. Return to a boil for 10 minutes. Immediately rinse with cold water. Place ice in the water and let temp drop to ice cold.

    While eggs are cooling, mix the sausages, worchestershire, mustard, onion, and pepper

  4. 4

    Split meat into 12 equal balls.

  5. 5

    Peel eggs.

  6. 6

    Press meat balls into patties. Wrap a slice of cheese around the egg. Place on patty and wrap around egg.

  7. 7

    Wrap meatball with a slice of bacon.

  8. 8

    Place on a broiler pan. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes until sausage browns a little

  9. 9

    Remove from oven and let stand five minutes. Serve

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
