Allow for up to 45 minutes to steam rice

Prep: mince garlic, chop vegetables, cut beef in to thin strips

In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, tamari sauce, and minced garlic ingredients. Add beef; toss to coat. In a large skillet or wok, stir fry beef in oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm

Reduce heat to medium. Add vegetables and broth; stir fry for 4 minutes. Return beef to the pan, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with rice
