Ingredients

  1. rice and rib
  2. 3 cuprice
  3. 6 cupwater
  4. 1/4 cupsmoked paprika
  5. 1/4 cupHungarian paprika
  6. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1country style rib
  9. 1/4 cupponzu
  10. 1/4 cuplite soy sauce
  11. rib spices
  12. 1/2 tspsalt
  13. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  14. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  15. 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    cut the rib into bite sized pieces add spices fry in the oil till crispy

  2. 2

    add to pot add water spices and rib pieces cook till boiling add rice soy sauce and ponzu

  3. 3

    cook covered till rice craters apear with water bubbling in them remove from heat keep covered 15 minutes
