Ingredients

  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 lbboneless skinless chicken beasts cut into thin strips
  • 1 packagesbirds eye ready grilling blend mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbspMccormick perfect pinch lemon and pepper seasoning
  • 8 ozPenn pasta
  • 1/4 cupkitchen basics original chicken stock
  • 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in LG skillet. add chicken. Cook then remove.

  2. 2

    stir veggies in skillet until tender

  3. 3

    return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with seasoning. add penny and chicken stock. Cook and stir 2 min. Top with parmesan cheese.
