Melt 2 tbsp. Margarine in heavy large skillet over medium heat. (I use Dutch oven pot) add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes until well brown

Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes

Stir in tomatoes, soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boil, reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 minutes.

Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles
