Ingredients

8 servings
  • 6boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cupfinely chopped vegetables like 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. green bell pepper
  • 3 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 can14-1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes undrained
  • 1 can10-3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tbspWorcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt 2 tbsp. Margarine in heavy large skillet over medium heat. (I use Dutch oven pot) add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes until well brown

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Stir in tomatoes, soup, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boil, reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles
