Ingredients

  1. 1 gallontomatoes
  2. 2 cupchopped onion
  3. 2 cupchopped green and red peppers
  4. 1hot pepper
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 3 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspmustard seed
  8. 1 tbspcelery seed
  9. 3 tbspmuxed spices
  10. 2 1/2 cupvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    wash and drain veggies

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients except spices and vinegar

  3. 3

    boil 45 minutes

  4. 4

    add spices tied in a bag and boil until thick

  5. 5

    add vinegar and boil until desired thickness.
