1 gallontomatoes
2 cupchopped onion
2 cupchopped green and red peppers
1hot pepper
1 cupsugar
3 tspsalt
1 tbspmustard seed
1 tbspcelery seed
3 tbspmuxed spices
2 1/2 cupvinegar

wash and drain veggies
2

mix all ingredients except spices and vinegar

boil 45 minutes

add spices tied in a bag and boil until thick
5

add vinegar and boil until desired thickness.
