Ingredients

  • 1 gallontomatoes
  • 2 cupchopped onion
  • 2 cupchopped green and red peppers
  • 1hot pepper
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspmustard seed
  • 1 tbspcelery seed
  • 3 tbspmuxed spices
  • 2 1/2 cupvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    wash and drain veggies

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients except spices and vinegar

  3. 3

    boil 45 minutes

  4. 4

    add spices tied in a bag and boil until thick

  5. 5

    add vinegar and boil until desired thickness.
