  1. 8zucchini blossoms
  2. 150 gramschilled water
  3. 150 gramsflour
  4. 75 gramscorn flour
  5. 1vegetable oil for deep frying

    wash the flowers and gently remove the pistil.

  2. 2

    mix the flours and add the chilled water mixing without worrying about the lumps.

  3. 3

    heat the oil.

  4. 4

    dip the blossoms into the batter and then deep fry.

  5. 5

    serve with salt to taste.
