I love pancakes that are fluffy but wanted something warm and hot.
Cooking Instructions

1. preheat oven to 425°

2. while oven is preheating take all ingredients except fruit and Bacon and mix them together.

after mixing them all together you may still have little lumps but That's fine..take your Bacon and fruit and stir in.

now you grease your baking dish. you can use a 13×9 dish.

add the batter to your dish and bake for 10 minutes.continue to look after it as it gets golden brown

when it's ready take some butter and spread it as cross the top.(OPTIONAL )

SERVE WITH WARM MAPLE SYRUP
