Making restaurant style kadai paneer at home is not very difficult at all. In fact, kadai paneer is one of the easiest paneer recipe that you can make at home. It can either be made as a dry or a semi gravy dish depending on your preferences :)

Making restaurant style kadai paneer at home is not very difficult at all. In fact, kadai paneer is one of the easiest paneer recipe that you can make at home. It can either be made as a dry or a semi gravy dish depending on your preferences :)

Heat oil in a kadai, add bay leaves, then add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute for a while till they turn translucent. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, tomatoes and dried fenugreek leaves and saute on a medium flame till the oil separates.

Then add capsicum diced and 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring once in between. Then add the paneer cubes, salt and cook on a slow flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the cream, mix well and garnished with coriander. Delicious and flavorful Kadai Paneer is ready :)...Serve hot with Roti/Naan/Rice :)...Enjoy!
