mix water and 4 cups flour then add oil, sugar and yeast. mix well then add salt

let sit 10 min then knead in rest of flour

cover with towel and raise in warm place 1 hour

punch down and divide into 4 bread pans

cover and let raise 40 more minutes

bake at 375 25 minutes
