  1. 10 ozpackage frozen spinach, thawed
  2. 15 ozcontainer of cottage cheese
  3. 8 ozgarlic, herb spreadable cheese
  4. 4 largeeggs, lightly beaten
  5. 1 cupchopped canned artichokes
  6. 1/2 cupfresh mushrooms

    grease a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 375

  3. 3

    Wring spinach dry

  4. 4

    in large bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, garlic herb cheese, and eggs.

  5. 5

    add spinach, artichokes, and mushrooms. salt and pepper to taste. stir to combine.

  6. 6

    pour into prepared pan and bake until golden brown. about 45 minutes.
