  • 4 slicechicken fillet/ayam tanpa tulang
  • 1 tbsppalm sugar/gula palem
  • 3 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspunsalted butter/mentega

    Mix palm sugar and vinegar well/Aduk rata gula palem dan vinegar

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken with above mixed for 1/2 - 3 hours/Rendam ayam dalam campuran di atas selama 1/2 - 3 jam

  3. 3

    Pre-heat the grill pan/Panaskan panggangan

  4. 4

    Melt butter on the grill pan/Lelehkan mentega pada panggangan

  5. 5

    Grill chicken until cooked/Panggang ayam sampai matang

  6. 6

    Enjoy!/Selamat menikmati!
