Ingredients

  • 1 headcauliflower cut into pieces
  • 8 slicebacon cooked and chopped
  • 6 tbspchopped chives
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 cupmayo
  • 2 cupColby cheese
  • 1salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil cauliflower until tender.

  2. 2

    Mix half of Colby cheese, half of the bacon and half of the chives with other ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix in cauliflower. Season to taste.

  4. 4

    Lay in baking pan and top with the rest of the cheese, chives and bacon

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes
