Here in canada when it hits -20c a good berger off the charcoal bbq isnt verry easy to do so a lil twist to ground porc to satisfy a berger craving ! serve with caramalised onions and finely chopped sweet or spicy peppers and scallions and of course melted cheese!!

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 packagesground porc
  2. 1 smallfinely chopped onion
  3. 1finely choopped spicy pepper of your preference/or 1/4 sweet pepper pf your choice
  4. 1 tspsmoked paprika
  5. 1 canv.h. honey garlic sauce
  6. 1/4 canfill a 1/4 of the v.h can with vinegar
  7. 1/2 tspground cinamon
  8. 1/2 tspground chilli

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl combine :ground porc, finely chopped onions and peppers

  2. 2

    In a large frying pan drain v.h. sauce and add: smoked paprika ,cinnamon and ground chilly powder and give a quick stir

  3. 3

    Let sauce start to bubble mildly on a med. Heat and cook patties for about 10 mins per side
