Ingredients: 1 generous handful of baby kale; 1/2 cup carrot juice(make sure its 100% juice and not a blend); 1/2 cup skim milk; 1/2 cup water; 1 cup frozen mixed unsweetened berries; 1 small (preferably frozen) banana; 1/2 of a greek yogurt (5.3 oz) (I chose mixed berry by Dannon light n fit); 1 tbsp ground flax seed; 5 or six ice cubes; 1 a stevia or splenda packet or a bit of honey(optional but it sweetens up your smoothie, honey will add calories)

I'm a huge kale fan and really enjoy it in my green smoothies. This particular smoothie combining kale and carrot juice really packs in the vitamin A! Its super yummy too!!
