in a pan preheat sesame oil

brown the garlic. make sure not to burn it

add the crab meat making sure to stir so it wont stick

add the vegetables

Add the already cooked rice

if you notice it startsto sick add a little bit of water

add the soy sauce and seasonings

mix and serve
