Ingredients

  1. Dip
  2. 12 ozfresh cranberries
  3. 1/4 cupchopped cilantro
  4. 1 eachjalapeno, seeded & finely diced
  5. 1 cupsugar (more/less to taste)
  6. 1/2 tspcumin
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 4 each(or 5) diced green onions
  9. 1 tsp(1/8) salt
  10. 2 packagescream cheese (softened)
  11. 1 packagesRitz Crackers

Steps

  1. 1

    Pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped

  2. 2

    Add other ingredients and pulse until well combined and finely chopped

  3. 3

    Transfer to covered bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours

  4. 4

    Spread cream cheese on serving plate or pie dish. Top with Dip.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for ~1 hour before serving
